Our consultants support both internal teams within UnitedHealth Group and external commercial clients in areas such as: Project and Program Management Agile based consultant roles Business Analysis Product Management Process Improvement Change Management Quality Assurance Data Analysis and Reporting Communications Training You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you tackle tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technology teams Provide work stream/project oversight Build and maintain relationships with clients Drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment Deploy Project Management Office principles and standards Monitor project milestones Implement project risk and issue management plans Facilitate status updates to client leadership Provide clear communications Conduct research studies Coach and mentor project team Limited travel may be required (less than 25% annually). Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Project and/or Product Management experience in healthcare 4+ years of Process Improvement experience 2+ years of client-facing work-stream management 2+ years of Agile environment experience 1+ years of experience with CA Agile, Rally, JIRA, or similar Based in greater Minneapolis, MN OR ability to relocate OR travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications: Agile / Scrum certified Experience in consulting or healthcare leadership Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in digital health or consumer digital products Experience in a large matrixed environment Ability to work in a technical, fast-paced environment Solid interpersonal skills *All remote employees must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
