Job Summary Motivated and well-spoken team member with a keen attention to detail. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, being informed on company products, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build rapport and exceed customer expectations. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very engaging and a good listener. Key Responsibilities Communicating with customers on inbound and outbound calls as well as email Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities with new and existing customers Proactively addressing customer questions, issues, and concerns Keeping up with product details, service information, competitors, and industry updates Maintaining a database of current and potential customers using existing CRM system Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services Accurately entering sales orders and quotes quickly in order to meet individual and team goals Upselling products and services that meet the customers needs Collaborating with other departments to serve the customer Contribute to department and company improvements Qualifications Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent phone and cold calling skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong listening and sales skills. Ability to achieve targets. Working Conditions This position operates in a manufacturing facility where employees are exposed to various environmental factors, including but not limited to noise, dust, odors, and temperature fluctuations. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas. The company prioritizes employee safety and maintains strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
