As an Inside Sales Rep Healthcare (Bilingual: English / Spanish) working from home, you will:Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guideAsk probing questionsPersuade customers to into additional products and/or servicesUse product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customersTrack, document, and retrieve information in databasesOffer additional products and/or services with every interactionDeliver expert customer experienceswith a smileYour qualifications.
