Summary:

A leading Medical Device company are seeking a motivated candidate to fill their Sr Quality Engineer opportunity. This is a 6-month contract, onsite role is based out of Irvine, CA. Salary ranges $54-59/hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 5-7 years related Quality Engineer experience required.
  • 2+ years Medical Device industry experience.
  • Experience analysing and resolving complex manufacturing and compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessment on early-stage product manufacturing processes (e.g., PFMEAs).
  • Develop/drive improvements for inspection test methods.
  • Lead test method validation activities for in-process inspections.
