This will include providing comprehensive and dependable communication to necessary members of staff involved with the client as well as with the client themselves. Our goal is to build life long relationships with our clients. As part of this, your job will be to help us grow the revenue of the company by booking repeat appointments, building rapport with clientele, and excel at retaining these clients as lifelong customers of Tandem PT. You will do this by delivering the type of customer experience that clients will be happy to pay for and equally happy to tell others about. This position is ideal for a seasoned massage therapist who is well-versed in providing care for clients with orthopedic conditions while providing a 5 star customer experience.
