About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Tandem Physical Therapy. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients and clients through massage therapy and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and dependable communication to necessary members of staff involved with the client as well as with the client themselves.
  • Help us grow the revenue of the company by booking repeat appointments, building rapport with clientele, and excel at retaining these clients as lifelong customers of Tandem PT.
  • Deliver the type of customer experience that clients will be happy to pay for and equally happy to tell others about.
Requirements
  • Active Massage Therapy Licensure in the state of Louisiana
  • Be able to complete documentation following each session
  • People first personality where all of our clients feel welcomed, cared for and remembered
  • Modify massage sessions for each client considering their history and goals
  • Maintain professionalism including client confidentiality
  • Be willing and excited to work as part of a team to help people achieve their wellness goals
