Cisco CCNA or CCNP Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Layer 2 and 3 network protocols. Fortinet OS knowledge is required Experience operating wireless infrastructure based on Cisco. Experience and knowledge of network physical infrastructure including but not limited to: network ethernet and fiber optics cables, connectors, transceivers, patch panels, switches and routers physical ports/power supplies/modules, patch cords, wall plates etc. Excellent written, verbal, customer service, and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision. Full time on site 5 days a week
