Project Manager: Development Engineering team Intralox, LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager for the Development Engineering Team in the Equipment platform. This individual will be responsible for managing projects through Intraloxs product development processfrom ideation to fielded solutions. The Project Manager will work in our Baltimore, Maryland office to support our new product development team in creating innovative, high-value solutions for real-world challenges. This role requires working with talented professionals across multiple departments. Success in this position depends on being highly motivated to learn, navigating complex topics, and demonstrating creativity. Responsibilities: Manage product development projects in accordance with Intralox processes. Develop, monitor, and control detailed project plans including scope and schedule. Plan, direct, and oversee project tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders, the commercial team, and customers to define project requirements. Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and communicate effectively. Conduct risk assessments and mitigate project risks. Manage project team capacity, identify resource constraints, and facilitate prioritization and trade-offs. Apply expert project management practices to ensure project completion. Skills Needed: Navigate complex topics effectively. Solve problems, remove obstacles, and resolve issues impacting project progress. Manage projects with large scope and interdependencies. Transform initial problem statements into actionable requirements. Communicate clearly and concisely. Align team on project goals and ensure understanding. Clarify expectations, build trust, and engage stakeholders. Adapt communication and management style based on development stage and team. Conduct productive meetings. Listen actively and seek understanding. Create clear documentation and simplify complex information. Understand when and how to take risks and validate assumptions. Possess technical understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts. Be adaptable and quick to pivot when needed. Be self-driven, motivated, and inquisitive. Minimum Qualifications: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university. 5+ years of project management experience. Knowledge of project management processes and best practices. Experience with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with engineering, operations, customers, suppliers, and contractors. Willingness to travel (~10%). Desired Qualifications: PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience in product development projects. Experience in manufacturing environments. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Smartsheet.
