We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our talented team.

The Opportunity ...

  • Entering orders for replacement parts and service
  • Responding to customer requests for parts and service and sending out quotes.
  • Proactively soliciting inquiries and orders from existing customers.
  • Expediting customer orders, providing current status and shipping / tracking information
  • Actively updating and accurately maintaining ERP system.
  • Having a solid technical knowledge (or ability to learn) of vehicle parts and services.
  • Assisting Accounts Receivable with specific collection issues related to customer orders

  • Associate degree (or equivalent); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Would be beneficial to be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical layout drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems; Syteline experience a plus.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered.
