As a Strategy Director, you would be responsible for driving HP Personal Systems' strategic direction, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. You will also set up the various initiatives for success by planning for the implementation with the business owners. The role works with large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and collaborates across businesses to align strategy with organizational goals. This role reports to the SVP of Strategy (Personal Systems) and works collaboratively with executives (President, Functional Vice Presidents and General Managers) and working teams (Directors, Senior Managers, etc), and leads a team of strategists and planners.?
