YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

A Property Manager contributes to AHF by by presenting a friendly, helpful face to tenants, people seeking housing or other visitors. Within their duties of Property Manager for AHFs Healthy Housing location this position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and HHF. In this role you will be showing living units and signing leases and forms, scheduling move-ins according to scheduled work, bringing-in resources for the families, setting-up the rooms for the families and providing them with all necessary items such as the remotes and rules. Additionally you will use your knowledge of property management to provide written reports on progress of the building, complete incident reports, safety or security reports and you will collect rent, as well as update tenants database (AppFolio).

A Property Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by Increasing HHF's ability to serve more clients. Proper management of AHFs property protects AHF and maximizes use of AHFs Health Housing Foundation. The Property Manager adds consistent value to AHFs Healthy Housing Program(s) by adapting to various situations with ease and by bein In addition, better property management will increase HHF's ability to serve more clients. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Property Manager will work as a part of a close knit team to ensure proper magagement AHF properties.
