Leap29 Construction Project ManagerLeap29 are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of renewable energy projects, specifically focusing on wind and solar.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure adherence to key milestones and deliverables.Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with regulatory bodies and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project construction.Handle all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in renewable energy construction.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.Experience managing wind and solar energy projects is highly desirable.Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, is preferred.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
