JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: REMOTE (WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO OFFICE, CALIFORNIA OR TEXAS)

This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to our California office.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for restaurant and retail construction projects across the United States. From initial concept to final completion, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional visits to the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
* Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous innovation in project management practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restaurant or retail construction.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
* Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and practices, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project is desirable.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to the Texas or California office for meetings and collaboration sessions.
