About the Role We are seeking a Team Leader to manage multiple commercial/industrial/healthcare/data center/K?12/Higher?Ed projects from start to finish. Youll lead field technicians, coordinate installations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per scopewhile maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, documentation, and coordination of installations and upgrades. Assist in project design, material selection, and procurement. Mentor junior technicians and foster team development. Build strong client relationships and provide end?user training. What Were Looking For Honest, hardworking, and detail oriented. Strong technical mindset and problem?solving skills. Excellent communication and professional presence. Ability to lead and support team success.
