Job Title Senior Financial Billing Analyst What does a successful Senior Financial Billing Analyst do at Fiserv? Support day-to-day functions of the Finance Shared Services billing team. Manage incoming requests ensuring that colleagues and clients receive responsive, diligent, and outstanding support for a wide variety of revenue impacting transactions. Deliver client satisfaction and help Fiserv achieve results by monitoring, processing, implementing, and recording complex transactions. Demonstrate product knowledge, company knowledge, and problem-solving skills. What you will do: Prepare analysis and reporting on month end close processes over controls for invoicing, reviewing of financial systems processes, and mapping of new product or expansion of existing product line plans in collaboration with multiple business divisions. Divisions supported are full-service credit, debit, fraud, voice, network, merchant, and output services. Engage in quarterly and annual audit reviews as requested. This role will represent billing in projects for migration, integration, and shared services strategies. Recovery of automated billing files, billing accuracy testing, and validation of results are core responsibilities. Prepare quantitative analysis, synthesize client information, and build relationships to understand and develop solutions. Identify efficiencies and process improvements for invoicing completeness and accuracy. What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree Accounting, Business, Finance or similar discipline 5+ years' experience in order to cash, billing/and or accounting What would be great to have: ERP knowledge beneficial. Oracle or SAP experience desired Strategic and Analytical mindset to facilitate problem solving within a Shared Services matrix Acumen to interpret and document complex systems and processes MBA preferred Ability to embrace change and be an Informal leader This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
