Specializing in industrial vinyl products, signs, graphics, and automotive adhesives, the company boasts a robust financial standing, currently estimated at approximately $30 million. Undergoing a strategic transformation, the company is transitioning to a streamlined digital workflow, marking an exciting chapter in its storied history.

Staff Accountant Position Details:

  • Duration: At least through the end of Q1, with the potential for permanent hire.
    • Hybrid flexibility for work arrangements, potentially 3 days/week in the office.
  • Job Tasks include:
    • Performing bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
    • Posting vendor bills accurately and efficiently.
    • Posting month-end accrual entries for accurate financial reporting.
    • Running month-end balance sheet and income statement.
    • Accounting for Shopify sales and expense transactions based on Shopify reports.
  • Qualification: Prior experience in mergers/acquisitions will be beneficial.
  • Requirements:
    • Accounting degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
    • Experience with mergers/acquisitions is a plus.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Accounting for Shopify sales and expense transactions based on Shopify reports.
    • E-commerce accounting experience.
    • Previous experience in a startup or large company.
    • Wholesale or distribution industry experience.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
