•Produce reports using various software

•Back up the receptionist

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

•Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

•The ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced and potentially stressful environment

•Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and attentively.

•Strong attention to detail

•Excellent time management and problem solving skills

•Knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Teams and Outlook
