Duties include:

Process Accounts Payable and Receivable Process Payrolls Invoicing Ensure legal compliance Manage tax payments Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of company books Work closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely for multiple clients Assist with reporting of new hires where required Process paperwork related to unemployment requests

Experience:

Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, has 3+ years of experience, and is proficient in Quickbooks.
