Our challenge

We are currently seeking a seasoned Loan IQ Environmentalist with a strong background in the implementation and optimization of Loan IQ (LIQ) environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LIQ configurations, performance testing, and batch optimization. Experience in the commercial lending industry and a comprehensive grasp of Loan IQ functionalities are critical for this role.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Iselin, NJ is $120k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimize Loan IQ environments, ensuring efficient LIQ configuration and performance.
  • Conduct in-depth performance and batch performance testing, followed by necessary optimizations.
  • Leverage previous experience in Loan IQ implementations or conversions to enhance current systems.
  • Integrate Loan IQ with upstream and downstream systems using SDK toolkit, APIs, and custom development.
  • Utilize programming languages and frameworks such as Java, XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, .NET, and React JS for interface development.
  • Employ various communication protocols (HTTP, MQ, Solace, etc.) for application interfaces.
  • Execute data conversions/portfolios onto LIQ, employing the Data Conversion Tool and understanding LIQ data relationships and hierarchies.
  • Utilize Network Data Mover for file transfers and other data movement requirements.
  • Optimize the LIQ environment and troubleshoot using Autosys for job configuration.
  • Understand and possibly deploy LIQ reporting functionalities and work with SSRS and LIQView teams if required.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of LIQ functionality, workflows, Wizards, SDK, and APIs from a technological, line of business, and operational perspective.
  • Display strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate across workstreams related to interfaces or reporting in the LIQ environment, focusing on configuration, performance testing, and optimization.
  • Facilitate system testing, gather design requirements, and assist the release management team during implementations.
  • Assess upstream and downstream application impacts and integrations.
  • Document LIQ gaps and communicate effectively with the appropriate owners or workstreams.
Requirements:

You are:
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Loan IQ environments.
  • Background in the commercial lending industry with hands-on LIQ implementation or conversion experience.
  • Technical proficiency in Java, XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, .NET, and React JS for interface development.
  • Understanding of communication protocols for application interfaces.
  • Experience with data conversion and movement in the LIQ environment.
  • Familiarity with Autosys for job configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Loan IQ reporting functionalities and experience with SSRS if required.
  • Deep understanding of LIQ functionality, including technology, line of business, and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
