Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Loan IQ Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our Loan IQ environments. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise within the Loan IQ system and related job configurations in AutoSys.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Iselin, NJ is $120k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the deployment of Loan IQ environments, ensuring successful setup and configuration.

Maintain system health by monitoring performance, conducting regular system checks, and coordinating updates and patches.

Troubleshoot complex Loan IQ system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.

Configure and maintain job scheduling and automation using AutoSys to optimize system processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve Loan IQ application performance.

Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.

Familiarize with Windows operating systems to ensure seamless integration and performance of the Loan IQ software on server infrastructure.

Utilize programming knowledge to understand and potentially assist in automating tasks and enhancing system functionalities.

Requirements:

You are:

Proven experience with Loan IQ, including technical understanding of its deployment and configuration.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly.

Experience with job configuration and scheduling, specifically with AutoSys or similar job scheduling tools.

Prior application support experience, preferably in a financial services environment.

Familiarity with Windows server configuration and operating systems.

Understanding of programming methodology and scripting which would be beneficial in automating tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimum supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
