Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for testing and compliance verification of power electronic converters for battery charging systems for electric vehicle applications.

Component- and system-level testing and verification of power electronic chargers and battery management systems.

Integration, debugging, and validation of charging systems.

EMC planning and testing.

UL compliance testing and communication with UL

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in power electronics or electrical engineering, with more than 3 years of industry experience with power converter development.

Minimum 2 years of experience testing, debugging, and UL compliance verification of power electronics chargers and battery systems.

Understanding of hardware-mechanical interface as well as hardware-software interface

Understanding of fundamental analytical equations of power inductors, transformers, and capacitors.

English communication skill, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Master s degree in electrical engineering with more than 3 years on industry experience in the automotive industry.

Knowledge and understanding of charging protocols

Experience with battery emulator

Understanding of converter controls specification and design
