Set up meetings, interview and gather requirements, write the SOP, test SOP with Stakeholders, edit and finalize SOP.Assertive.Self-Starter.Get things done.Work with little instruction.Self-motivated and managed.Understand how to navigate within client culture.DOES NOT need to be told what to do each time, takes their own initiative. Can jump in and take charge, does not wait to take the lead. Will work with the various verticals to determine processes necessary and document them.Will work with Policy Management to review and document policies needed for the organization.Assist in establishing processes for internal controls, document them and be able to communicate them to the organization.Work with teams to determine As-Is processes, document them, and determine streamline to-be processes for efficiency.Ability to work independently and manage their efforts as projects.Be in the office 3 days a week.This person must live within 60 miles of Essex, MDWriting samples needed - if they can provide a SOP as a sample, that is preferred.
