Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Requirement Analyst to work in Norfolk, VA. The candidate must have an active secret clearance. Manage and verify requirements; capture detailed descriptions of system capability and functionality; and ensure the project team has clear, consistent, and testable requirements documented. Manage and control changes to requirement. Support the Change Management processes and Engineering Review Boards (ERBs). Collect and report metrics. Utilize Cameo System Modeler. Develop presentations and briefings. Interface with stakeholders (Product Owners and Project Managers) to review and harden requirements. Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation. Collaborate with software development/configuration, test, and management team members; adhere to project schedules and milestones; and provide weekly status updates to management. Coordinates system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing. Oversees all transitions into production. Develops and completes actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines. Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. Manages and documents system configurations. Ensures system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics. Qualifications Candidate must have an active secret clearance. Bachelor's degree and 8 yrs of experience OR HS Diploma and 13 yrs of experience. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements
