CASE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our Personal Property Team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed.

This is a fully on-site role at our Maui office.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

$25.00-$27.00/hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer paid health, dental, and vision plans, childcare reimbursement, a transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and able to empathize with clients while gathering necessary information.
  • Case assistants must be detail oriented and organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
  • Management of electronic information, document management, and document review.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
