(IT Spend Financial Analyst) Intro:
As an IT Spend Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client to manage and improve organizational IT cost transparency and IT planning.

(IT Spend Financial Analyst) Job Details:
The Senior Associate provides technical knowledge in their area of expertise and works individually and on teams to support the completion of project-specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. They interface with the client on a day-to-day basis and support the development of solutions that address organizational challenges and project objectives. This may involve leading assigned engagement tasks to completion within scope and budget constraints, while ensuring deliverable requirements are met.

(IT Spend Financial Analyst) Mandatory Skills:
- Support timely, accurate management, analysis, reporting, and communication of Information Technology business results.
- Build data workflows to automate financial processes.
- Support the development of cost allocation models.
- Review and analyze data elements to map to the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
- Provide analysis and timely reporting and communication of financial data.
- Support IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support.

(IT Spend Financial Analyst) Desired Skills:
- At least three years of progressively responsible experience in consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience in all aspects of project or task management.
- Minimum of two years of experience acting in all aspects of project or task management.
- Minimum of two years of experience acting in a technical or functional lead capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to identify and define business and technical needs.
- Four years of experience may be substituted for a four-year degree.
- An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree or professional certification in a related business field may be substituted for one year of experience.

Anticipated Start Date: 4/1

(IT Spend Financial Analyst) Location:
The Contractor shall be located within 50 miles of Washington, DC; Arlington, VA; Atlanta, Georgia; or New York City, NY. The role will start remotely but will likely transition to a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week on-site at a Guidehouse office location in Washington, DC; Arlington, VA; Atlanta, Georgia; or New York City, NY.
