We are currently seeking a Sr. Team Lead to join our Adult Jail Transition Team The Sr. Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a specialty position working with adult individuals who frequent the legal system and/or are transitioning within or from jail or prison systems. The position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the City, Case Managers, and RBHA to successfully transition persons from jail or prison to services and community stability. Responsibilities include: Works in cooperation as part of a multi-disciplinary team with City, Police, Jail/Prison Systems, Prosecutors, Court System, PNO Case managers, and Program Liaisons Assists the Director to develop and implement a sound clinical program based on current contemporary treatment models, individual and system needs, and outcomes; uses a practical approach and refines programming based on changing needs Responsible for taking the lead in coordination and facilitation of Jail/Prison transition Responsible to assist with supervising staff and coordinate all related clinical and administrative program functions. Coordinates and leads staff meetings and client staffing’s. Education & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent plus five years directly related to Behavioral Health; Or Associate’s degree with 3 years of related experience; or related Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience Supervisory experience preferred.
