Key Responsibilities & Duties Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and scope Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Communicate project progress and KPIs to stakeholders Lead project teams in conflict resolution and risk mitigation Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports Provide coaching on PMO processes and project governance Ensure consistency in project management methodologies Assist project managers with governance controls Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field 5 years of project management experience in an IT setting Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, and financial forecasting Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with large data sets and data-driven decisions Ability to work independently and collaboratively Aptitude for conducting research into project-related issues 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Senior Project Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
