We are seeking a

Financial Counselor - Transplant

to:

Serve as the point of contact for the

financial aspect of transplant care, including government programs assistance, clarifying transplant benefits, and counseling regarding other costs related to transplant

.

Gather all relevant information required to process financial assistance requests. Document all communication and follow up in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Education :

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum -

One (1) year experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle or insurance

Preferred -

Two (2) years' experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle

or

Previous Transplant experience
