Responsibilities: Lead the overall requirements for the Aero Operations Teams to include Technical Operations and the Atlanta Maintenance Control Center (MCC). Provide engineering teams with insights and requirements for the design of tools and systems that align with operational needs. Define automation requirements to optimize tools and systems to drive organizational efficiency and cost savings Act as a bridge between Engineering, Development, and PMO to foster collaboration and alignment between critical departments. Primary escalation point for the Tier 1 technicians at the MCC-Atlanta. Hands-on leader with 5+ years of operational experience, ideally from an aviation-centric service provider background or VSAT/Satcom. This ensures a deep understanding of operational needs. Support operational preparedness from a Service Provider (aviation centric preferred) Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, aviation, a similar field or a combination of education and experience 5+ years of technical and network operations experience 3+ years of experience in operations management Preferred Qualifications: Satellite Communications systems experience (GEO, MEO, LEO), as a service provider Aviation software and hardware experience in installation, maintenance, and repair Network Operations background with major service provider experience Operations Management background from education or work experience Airline maintenance experience Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance. #LI-LT1 #H
