Deine Aufgaben:
Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson fr deine Fachbereiche rund um das Thema Recruiting fr unsere kaufmnnischen Stellen
Du betreust den gesamten Recruiting Prozess von der Ausschreibung ber die Bearbeitung eingehender Bewerbungen in SAP Success Factors bis hin zur Stellenbesetzung und gewhrleistest zu jeder Zeit eine optimale Candidate Experience
Darber hinaus bertst dudieFhrungskrftehinsichtlich geeigneter Suchstrategien und begibst dich im Rahmen der Direktansprache - auch fr das gesamte Team - auf die Suche nach neuen Talenten (z.B. ber LinkedIn oder XING)
Du arbeitest im Tandem mit unseren Recruiting Koordinatoren sowie weiteren Schnittstellen, wie HR Business Partnern oder dem HR Back-Office
Du begleitest abwechslungsreiche sowie teils bereichsbergreifende Projekte, wie z.B. die Optimierung von Recruitingprozessen
Du reprsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen und arbeitest im Zuge dessen eng mit unserem Employer Branding Team zusammen
Dein Profil:
Du hast dein Studium oder alternativ einekaufmnnische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich oder einer Personalberatung sammeln
Ob post and pray oder Active Sourcing: du kennst dich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt aus, weit welche Suchstrategie du wann einsetzen musst und bist routiniert in der Direktansprache ber die gngigen sozialen Netzwerke wie LinkedIn oder XING
Du zeichnest dich durch die Fhigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und Priorisierung aus und fhlst dich in einem Konzernumfeld wohl
Eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft, sodass du auch bei Bedarf deutschlandweit vor Ort an Vorstellungsgesprchen sowie Messen teilnehmen kannst, setzen wir voraus
Abschlieend gesagt: du brennst fr das Recruiting, versuchst immer die besten Talente fr das Unternehmen zu gewinnen und hast Spa daran, Fachbereiche und Bewerbende entlang der gesamten Candidate Journey zu betreuen
