Accounting Analyst, Structured Finance
DIRECT HIRE - Hybrid with core onsite in Chesterfield, Missouri
LOCAL Candidates ONLY
Performs month-end financial reporting functions for the business unit, area or function, which may include any or all of the following:

preparation of general ledger uploads; reconciling various ledger accounts
updating, reconciling and recording financial results
analysis, compiling and reporting of data based on a US GAAP and Statutory basis
preparation of bank reconciliations
reconciliation of various accounts
May review and/or verify journal entries, account balances, and accounting classifications
Works with other functional and corporate areas in

to achieve accuracy, efficiency, and effective accounting practices and procedures and responds to requests from other functional areas on various inquiries.
Assists with report development and/or updates; addresses financial reporting related questions raised by business unit, area, or function.
Shares technical expertise with others; recommends process improvements, provides functional advice and/or training as needed.
Serves as liaison to other business units, areas and functions as needed.

Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience
3+ years accounting or auditing experience

Advanced knowledge of accounting/finance theory, application, financial reporting and Statutory and GAAP accounting.
