What You'll Do:

  • Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processing.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and create a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
  • Book trucks for shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and track shipments for accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage and navigate customer portals to ensure seamless communication and order processing.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
We're looking for a superstar who:
  • Has 3-4 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment.
  • Is proficient in QuickBooks and other relevant financial management software.
  • Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excels in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adapts seamlessly to a fast-paced work environment.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Familiarity with CNC machining processes.
Pay rate:
  • $20-28/hr. based on experience
