We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical sales experience, an understanding of the local market in Orange, California, and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the HVAC sector. Lead and mentor a sales engineering team. Local to Orange, California, with a stable work history. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience working with major HVAC distributors and manufacturer representatives. Technical expertise in applied HVAC equipment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
