Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Source and maintain pipeline of land for new development Identify and originate desirable multifamily development opportunities in target markets Manage public approvals process for proposed developments Develop and maintain relationships with land owners, brokers, vendors, community partners and public officials Ensure development team is meeting deadlines to complete the projects on schedule Formulate strategy for development initiatives and a whole, and projects individually Qualifications include: BS in a Construction or Development related field preferred. Multi-Family Development experience required.
