We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for a B2B SaaS business supporting the telecom industry. The content creator will update existing material; produce relevant content for our corporate website, advertisements, and social media accounts; and execute marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role, the content creator should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads to drive new business.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in implementation and management of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Research and create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, infographics, and more to promote 3-GIS software and services.
Develop compelling content to support sales outfitting efforts.
Optimize content for SEO and engagement, including the use of keywords, meta descriptions, and calls-to-action.
Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Measure and report on content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and make recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and collaborate the execution of telecom marketing campaigns.
Identify and create user and buyer personas.
Work with channels and sales enablement team members to ensure alignment of messaging and availability of necessary assets.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to research and understand complex topics and communicate them effectively to various audiences.
Ability to present portfolio of applicable outputs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence audiences across large organizations and/or multi-disciplinary audiences.
Plusses:

Demonstrated thought leadership and contributions to technical B2B audiences.
Experience working in a telecommunications related field.
Graphic design.
