HR Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
Cultivate a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Oversee HR operations, including talent management and performance reviews.
Manage hiring, recruitment, and development initiatives.

HR Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency in HR functions and relevant laws/regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent direct hire opportunity with a salary between $85-95k plus bonus. They offer healthcare benefits starting on day one, 401k match and generous PTO.
