Additional responsibilities include handling check deposits, printing and mailing checks, preparing files for check approval and upload, and maintaining relations with customers and banking institutions regarding payments. The role also involves preparing and uploading support documentation for various audits, tax returns, and other financial reports utilizing QuickBooks. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being highly organized is also essential. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing industry, gain comprehensive experience and potentially secure a permanent position. salary: $28 - $33 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Create A/P & A/R aging reports
  • Upload vendor bills
  • W9 request to vendors
  • Expense report
  • Print, mail, and deposit checks
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Prepare sales tax, tax return, property tax, 1099, form 1042, and annual report documents
  • 401k and insurance audit
  • Process orders and invoices
  • Update CRM
  • Journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
  • Prepare internal documents for POs


Skills Aging Receivables (1 year of experience is required) Expense Reports (2 years of experience is required) QuickBooks (1 year of experience is required) Reconciliation Audit - Internal (1 year of experience is preferred) Invoices (2 years of experience is required) Forecasting General Ledger Journal Entries (2 years of experience is preferred) Excel (2 years of experience is required)
