****Position Profile****

Assists members with financial products and services in a professional and courteous manner.

****Essential Functions and Basic Duties****

* Establishes new membership and seeks to maximize product and service usage with new and existing members of the credit union

* Performs duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types

- Certificate Accounts

- Savings Accounts

- IRA Accounts

- Legal Accounts

- Checking Accounts

* Completes efficient and accurate performance of teller functions

* Primary contact for questions regarding member transactions

* Receives share deposits and loan payments

* Processes cash advances, official checks, money orders and other financial transactions

* Monitors deposit amounts and examines documents for endorsement and negotiability

* Maintains timely and regular attendance to meet member needs

* Easily adapts to change and embraces new ideas

* Prioritizes and manages multiple demands

* Models Hiway GPS core values and service expectations

* Meets scorecard performance goals

* Adheres to any and all current and/or future policies, procedures, and guidelines

* Assumes all duties as assigned by management
