The Opportunity: With our platform development nearing completion, we're seeking a creative and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to help lead the next phase of our journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a well-funded startup backed by a team with a track record of success.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies across multiple channels
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, then scale and optimize successful approaches
  • Build and manage a high-performing growth team
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing spend

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in a variety of marketing channels (e.g., outbound sales, online ads, content marketing, SEO)
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
  • Experience in hiring and managing marketing teams
  • Adaptability and willingness to experiment with new channels and approaches
