This role will be responsible for managing ongoing client relationships by identifying individual client needs and servicing those needs in a manner which ensures value to the client as demonstrated by high client retention, client advocacy, new client referrals and additional inflow or service proposition. Key Responsibilities and Tasks New Business Growth and Development Introduce new advice opportunities to existing clients and/or new clients by identifying referral opportunities from existing clients or other identified sources Identify referral opportunities within the broader Partners Wealth Group business Build and maintain a strong network and cross-functional relationships with relevant stakeholders Building and maintaining your client base Participate in business strategy development as a key member of the team Client Service and Advice Provide exceptional service that exceeds clients’ expectations Develop compliant financial strategies tailored to individual circumstances Review client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes to their plan Manage client reviews and reporting. Support the implementation and production of SOA’s Analysing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting client’s financial goals Preparing or interpreting financial documentation summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients Implementing approved plans Providing periodic updates on the performance of investment portfolios Maintain client records by the use of standardised workflows, file notes and systems to ensure a consistently high standard Risk and Compliance Complete all CPD obligations Provide technically strong and compliant financial advice in a manner that aligns with the PWG Advice methodology and frameworks Conduct compliance reviews of client advice with peers Maintain the highest compliance standards to satisfy the legislative requirements Team Culture and Innovation Drive process improvement to deliver efficiencies and identification and development of tools relevant to client segment Improve systems and processes Maintain up to date technical/professional knowledge and reference materials Contribute positively to the culture of Partners Wealth Group and our Core Values Education Requirements FASEA relevant degree or working towards a FASEA approved pathway Diploma Financial Planning / Financial Services or equivalent Completion of mandated CPD training & development each year Experience Requirements 2 to 5 years experience in financial services Minimum 2 years financial planning specific experience The ability to assist with the management of the client relationship A highly organised approach and ability to manage your time Excellent communication skills including ability to modify approach to suit various audiences Highly results-driven including willingness to lead by example Expertise in production of documents, spreadsheets, presentations and mail merges Knowledge of investment platforms, insurance products, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds The ability to network effectively with clients and maintain professional working relationships The ability to implement project and action plans and juggle workload commitments Preferred Skills Working knowledge of financial services, financial planning, and accounting markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and deliver results Our Culture Partners Wealth Group have been recognised in the Top 10 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards in 2022.
