Business Development Specialist Bilingual Mandarin (Hybrid)

Job Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with high school advisors, promote student enrollment, and enhance the visibility of the company's educational services. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with these partners. Utilizing social networks and other tools, you will establish connections with target students to expand the customer base. Additionally, you will focus on expanding the market for students with study abroad experience, understanding and meeting the needs of this group.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with High School Advisors:

Build close partnerships with high school advisors, understanding the needs and expectations of their student community.

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement a social media strategy on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to attract target students and increase brand awareness.

Student Enrollment Activities:

Organize and participate in student enrollment activities, including online webinars, social media events, and campus visits, to establish direct connections with students.

Create Educational Content:

Develop valuable educational content and share it through social media to provide information about academic planning and career development.

Social Media Advertising:

Use social media advertising to target student groups and increase their interest in the company's educational services.

Maintain Partner Relationships:

Responsible for maintaining relationships with high school advisors, ensuring ongoing collaboration and effective communication.

Expand Study Abroad Market:

Analyze trends in the study abroad market, formulate corresponding expansion strategies, and meet the needs of students with study abroad experience.

Participate in Offline Market Events:

Participate in and organize offline market events such as expos and seminars to broaden the company's influence locally.

Conduct Research:

Proactively conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.

Rich Company and Marketing Network:

Leverage a rich network in company and marketing circles to explore partnership opportunities and enhance the company's market presence.

Regular Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor social media activities and market feedback, conduct analysis, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, especially in marketing, business management, or related fields.

Experience in business development or sales, particularly in the education sector, is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong connections with high school advisors and students.

In-depth understanding of student needs.

Proficiency in social network management and analysis.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin (written and verbal)

Salary: 4500-5500/month + Commission
