In your future role as Global Assurance Director you willBe responsible for building a quality mindset in the Home and Personal Care organization that strengthens our ambition to be the preferred supplier to high end customers and to set up the necessary means to accomplish that goal. Develop & execute the overall quality assurance strategy and compliance framework and roadmap for Home and Personal Care .Be responsible to align HPC quality assurance strategy with product management and ISC quality control teams and ensure that priorities towards the plants are harmonized.Champion continuous improvement efforts to establish an effective and efficient QMS in compliance with cGMP guidelines and corporate requirements. Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant departments to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing processes.Interpret internal and external industry quality trends that may need risk review and could impact existing Quality Standards.Act as the lead SME for quality/GMP compliance issuesBuild & lead the Home & Personal Care Quality Assurance team. Ensure team's ability to meet responsibilities:Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Maintain and monitor the processes for document management, change control, deviation management, inspection and audits. Provide technical and quality expertise to support sales teams and customers globallyProvide the link between customer and the production sites in quality matters.
