Role:
Primarily focused on managing outsourced tax compliance workstream and deal work for publicly traded investment firm.
Provide structural advice on investment transactions with emphasis on equity investments structured as partnerships (LLCs) and C corporations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA, Masters in tax or J.D. desired
7+ years of partnership and corporate taxes, U.S. federal, and state
M&A experience
