We were recently engaged in a new search for a CNC Mill Setup Technician with a growing client in Auburn Hills, MI.

Location : Auburn Hills

Title: CNC Mill Setup Technician

Working Arrangement: In Office

Position: 90-day contract to hire.

Job Description

An innovative and rapidly growing manufacturer of reusable packaging products is seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to fill the position of CNC Setup . This is a great opportunity for a candidate with ambition who is action oriented, results driven, and has the desire to be part of a dynamic team

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Setup of CNC machines for the cutting of rapid prototype aluminum molds
  • Minor editing of cutting programs instructed by the CNC Toolmaker with verbal/written work instructions
  • Responsible for adhering to all Company and tool room policies and procedures.
  • Must take responsibility for the quality of work performed
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by Tool Room Supervisor
