Specialist supports the company’s efforts through strategic, integrated internal and external digital communications, including PR and marketing initiatives that promote and protect multiple brands. The role

is responsible for understanding and helping create, post, measure ROI and archive the organization’s content strategy to ensure all messaging support and reflects the company’s core values. This position directly supports marketing, community outreach and professional services communications and publicity efforts through blog, social media channels and website content. B

y supporting the marketing team with go-to-market content, including one pager, infographics, comparison charts, website landing pages/microsites, conversational AI strategical workflows, industry-focused email campaigns, customer newsletters, blogs, infographics, podcasts and more, The Content Marketing Specialist guides our company voice through unique, creative content. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop

s and manage

editorial calendar including blogs

and website content – intended for potential clients, partners, executives, and clients. Develop

s new and engaging digital content on a regular basis to be used for, websites, social media marketing and online advertising campaigns. Coordinate

s with creative production staff to create and edit content for company initiatives, projects, campaigns, emails, newsletters, and product collateral. This includes video scripts, blogs, use cases, case studies, and more. Develop

s a system to archives content assets such as online ads, videos, and other graphics. Optimizes

SEO to rank on Google by utilizing tools such as SEMrush. Collaborates with product managers, outside consultants, and other leadership to develop communication strategies and

plans. Occasional website updates and editing Job Requirements Ability to empathize with readers’ perspective and

experiences. Strong time

management and project management skills within the digital platform. Experience working with content for direct response lead

generation, branding, and community endeavors. Knowledge of marketing technologies and Google

Analytics. Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform digital marketing strategies and decision-making. Proven ability to stay

up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Education Requirements Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content

tailored to different platforms and target audiences. Basic SEO knowledge & keyword research experience (3-5yrs experience) Physical Requirements: Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
