We are partnered with a Global Asset Management firm that is looking for a Fund Finance Associate to join their Real Estate Fund Finance team. This role will be hybrid out of their Chicago office. Job Responsibilities: Give support for timely and accurate reporting of financial deliverables from fund administrators to clients Main point of contact of certain real estate vehicles reviewing: monthly accounting close packages, annual audit reports, quarterly financing statements, loan compliance, and quarterly consultant reporting. Talk with fund administrators, tax advisors, auditors, and any other third-party service providers.
