JOB TITLE: Senior Fund Accountant (Private Equity)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing daily cash contributions and distributions for investment fund clients
- Handling inquiries related to cash and journal entries
- Participating in quarterly and annual audit procedures
- Assisting with open items list management and communication with auditors
- Maintaining regular client correspondence and managing inquiries
- Comprehending the governing agreements between Alter Domus and clients
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder of an accounting degree with outstanding academic performance
- 2 to 5 years of experience focusing on private equity or hedge funds
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Thorough understanding of various investment categories
- Keen attention to detail and adept critical thinking skills
- Capability to multitask and operate autonomously or collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CPA certification is advantageous
