Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Through agile project leadership, standups and backlog management, own, manage, and enhance our digital platform(s), ensuring alignment with both internal agent requirements and or external customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business, leveraging your influence to gain support and drive initiatives forward. Engage in in-depth data-based root cause analysis, pinpointing gaps and creating comprehensive CBAs (Cost-Benefit Analyses) to address those gaps. Support data visualization initiatives, particularly with Tableau, to ensure clear communication of insights and findings. Continuously identify and prioritize improvements based on customer feedback, technological advancements, and internal business requirements. Manage the product backlog and lead Agile standups, ensuring alignment and efficiency in the product development process. About You: You have a data-driven mindset, with a firm belief in starting with data, identifying root causes of gaps to goals, able to develop actionable insights and smart, creative, MVP-type solutions, implementing, and then using data to sustain, control, and improve performance. You thrive in a scorecard environment, understanding that the objective is to predict the performance of your changes and to forecast accurately the metrics you own in relation to the digital product you manage. Requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, and independence, but also values the importance of a team player mindset given our collaborative work environment. Proven track record in service, sales, or other customer-facing roles. Influential communicator, adept at collaborating and rallying stakeholders across the organization. An innate ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear visual presentations. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, like Six Sigma and Lean, as examples. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management with a significant analytical component. Strong background in data visualization, especially with Tableau. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, decision making, and change management. Solid project management skills, especially within Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with Generative Chat AI concepts. Proficiency in basic software tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred. Hands-on experience with customer feedback tools and methodologies preferred.
