Join Our Team: Events Assistant

About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You'll work closely with our event management team to ensure seamless operations and create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure all aspects run smoothly.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to meet their needs and resolve any issues.
  • Help create and distribute marketing materials for events, including invitations, programs, and promotional content.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
