We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to join our homecare team. As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Coordination:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients, staff, and management.
- Communicate relevant information to the team and clients.
- Problem Resolution:
- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement measures to prevent future problems.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years Front Desk experience
- 2 Years Front Desk experience
- Bilingual
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of homecare services is a plus.
