We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to join our homecare team. As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
    • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Staff Coordination:
    • Supervise front desk staff and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.
    • Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.
  4. Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between clients, staff, and management.
    • Communicate relevant information to the team and clients.
  5. Problem Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Implement measures to prevent future problems.

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years Front Desk experience
  • 2 Years Front Desk experience
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of homecare services is a plus.
